How do you expect anyone to buy if you don’t know who you’re selling to? Pinpoint who would be most interested in what you’re selling and speak directly to them!
4️⃣ Your online presence is lacking
This is an unfortunate side effect of a weak content strategy! If you’re not consistently posting quality content on your socials, your lack of presence will line up with a lack of sales.
5️⃣ Your branding is all over the place
If you don’t know what your brand is, others will be just as confused as you are. Stick with a brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.
6️⃣ Your checkout process is complicated to understand
When your checkout process is difficult to figure out or has too many steps, you’ll see a lot of abandoned carts! Make it as quick and simple as possible to make a purchase.
7️⃣ You aren’t focusing on customers who have purchased in the past
Focusing only on acquiring new customers rather than retaining existing ones can be an unsustainable business model. Boost your retention by targeting past purchasers in addition to new ones!
